QA Training Specialist

The Associate Training Specialist assists in the coordination and delivery of high-quality educational services and solutions, providing administrative support for training programs and facilitating and tracking training initiatives and requirements. Collaborates with leaders and associates to ensure educational solutions are accurate, comprehensive, and applicable to business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in facilitation of technical and non-technical training for associates and business partners with varied roles and technical backgrounds.
- Support logistics and facilitate training sessions by business partners throughout the DSS organization.
- Perform administrative and logistical tasks for training (prepare/distribute materials, schedule/communicate sessions, prepare physical and virtual classrooms).
- Manage LMS functions of SharePoint and ISOtrain to maintain accurate records of completed training.
- Manage shared department mailboxes and ensure timely communication and responses.
- Work with the Training Team on development projects to maximize contribution to team initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; education/communication/training (or related) degree or certification beneficial.
- Strong oral and excellent written communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to interact effectively and build cooperative relationships with subject matter experts and business partners.
