Property/Lease Admin (DePuy Synthes)
Responsibilities:
- Support administration of real estate leases and property agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain complete, organized documentation for lease, purchase, and property transactions.
- Track lease data, critical dates, and renewals to support portfolio management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on real estate records and documentation.
- Prepare basic reports and financial summaries using data from accounting or senior team members.
- Support real estate projects, programs, and process improvements under close supervision.
- Perform basic trend analysis and data reviews to support continuous improvement.
- Apply Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles in daily work and team interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Required: 2–4 years relevant experience in administrative/real estate/facilities/business support roles; proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, document management); ability to follow established procedures and work effectively under close supervision.
- Preferred: Exposure to corporate real estate/lease administration/facilities; experience with financial or lease tracking reports; familiarity with real estate/contract documentation; interest in career growth in real estate/corporate services; analytical skills and attention to detail; clear written/verbal communication.
