About the role:
Join Takeda as an Analyst, Promotional Review Management partner—serve as a strategic liaison across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders to facilitate Takeda’s advertising and promotional material review process (PRT) and align PRT with commercial strategies and priorities.

How you will contribute:
- Coordinate and facilitate effective PRT review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Partner with brand teams to understand commercial strategies, identify upcoming projects/events, and anticipate advertising/promotional needs for review/approval.
- Forecast PRT demand and build strategic relationships to guide collaborative decision-making.
- Manage a Review Track with priority/maturing brands as needed.
- Identify and implement PRT process improvements.
- Apply leadership capabilities (strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, focus).

Accountabilities:
Project Management (30%):
- Forecast PRT review/approval demand; support prioritization based on business needs, volume, and complexity.
- Coordinate PRT meetings; anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Track high-priority items and coordinate timely approvals with production.
- Communicate project progress; participate in internal Marketing Services meetings.

Process (30%):
- Maintain PRT subject matter expertise; support Veeva Vault (routing, approvals, production of marketing tools).
- Adhere to internal policies/SOPs/guidelines.
- Share best practices/lessons learned; multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Train stakeholders; share PRT metrics and recommend improvements; propose process innovations to reduce cycle time and improve satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management (30%):
- Support brand teams and cross-functional review activities (Commercial, Medical, Legal, Regulatory).
- Establish alignment across divergent views; strengthen partnerships through customer service.
- Provide PRT process training and expectations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Understanding of Sunshine Act compliance for healthcare professionals.

- Define scalable processes/guidelines for franchise teams.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in account and/or project management, or High School Diploma + 5 years.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Experience with advertising/promotional review process.
- Marketing experience.
- Regulated operations experience.
- Experience with cross-functional teams.
- Veeva Vault experience.
