Key Objectives/Deliverables
Project Management: Lead teams to deliver large programs of at least $10M USD or more in capital assets and/or support a workstream/node of a larger program of $750M or more. Deliver asset capability/capacity safely from front-end planning (conceptual design) through operational qualification (cradle to grave), ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
Interface/Communication: Work remotely from a regional distance from corporate HQ while maintaining effective communication with GFD program leadership, project team, governance teams, business partners, and stakeholders. Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely with quality, speed, and value.
Compliance: Lead/influence a disciplined, structured project management approach aligned to company policies and procedures.
Safety/Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance with safety/environment policies, procedures, and work rules from conceptual design through operational verification.
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (or related to project management) or equivalent experience (10β15 years)
- Minimum 5 yearsβ capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities
- Construction Management experience
- Willingness to travel or relocate outside home state/country
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; company does not sponsor work authorization/visas (listed types excluded)
Additional Preferences
- Prior work on projects/multiple projects >$10M
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
- GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction/construction quality, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, scheduling
- Strong ability to influence and achieve results through people; work with little supervision; good judgment; strong written/verbal communication
- Foreign language(s); PE or equivalent; PMP
