Project Manager

Role: Senior Project Leader managing high-priority product commercialization and projects within 3M's Product Management Office. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional teams through medium to large NPI and change-management initiatives, including scope definition, milestone planning, gate reviews, and launch execution. Partner with business, technical, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and marketing stakeholders to align priorities, resources, and risk management; oversee project communication, schedule, scope, budget, and documentation; enforce project management best practices and tools; leverage global resources and coach team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of project management experience in private, public, government, or military settings; strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: PMP certification, 5+ years in new product commercialization, experience leading cross-functional teams, organized and resourceful.
