Project Lead - SAP & Supply Chain Systems

Role: Lead digital and SAP applications implementation at Lilly's new API manufacturing facility, focusing on material management and logistics. Responsibilities: collaborate with process owners and IT teams to optimize SAP EWM and yard management systems; support daily operations; develop knowledge management and incident escalation protocols; monitor system performance and drive process improvements aligned with GMP standards; support infrastructure delivery and digital roadmap development for seamless system integration. Requirements: Bachelor's in supply chain, IT, or related; 5+ years manufacturing experience, with expertise in SAP applications, systems integration, and digital manufacturing processes. Preferred: experience in pharma or regulated industries; strong project management, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams. High-value: manufacturing (monoclonal antibodies/bioconjugates), GMP compliance, SAP EWM, logistics, site startup, and system integration. Worksetup: onsite in Goochland County, VA, with 0-10% travel.
