Project Finance Analyst

Role: Project Finance Analyst supporting Clinical R&D Finance for biotech, medtech, and pharma clients, focusing on contract and revenue analysis. Responsibilities: review contract payment schedules, prepare invoices, analyze budgets/hours, calculate monthly revenue and project backlog, support project managers with financial reports, and analyze change orders and cash flows. Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; 1+ year experience in CRO-related finance or accounting; familiarity with revenue recognition systems; detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
