Role Summary
Program Manager, Product Management & Data Insights. BeOne seeks experienced professionals motivated to advance cancer research, combining project management with hands-on technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams across the full product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manages product management and data insights (PMDI) and/or digital solutions and engineering (DSE) department projects.
- Ensures projects are managed on time within budget, with quality and with sufficient resources.
- Point of contact for other departments who wish to initiate projects ensuring there is project alignment without duplication.
- Provides regular metrics and risk register to PMDI Leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or a Master's degree with 4+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. Project management experience preferred.
- Works with independence to lead global, cross-functional matrixed teams.
- Understanding of clinical data collection, programming, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills, ability to proactively communicate with key stakeholders, effectively manage conflicts and negotiations or understand when to escalate to solve problems, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Smartsheet.
- Understanding of the global drug development with ability to lead or support program management processes.
- Understanding of ICH and regulatory environment as it pertains to Statistics and Data Science.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more data collection systems.
Skills
- Project management throughout the lifecycle of digital product and insights development.
- Risk identification and proactive risk mitigation; effective escalation.
- Backlog prioritization based on business value; collaboration with Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Facilitation of Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Cross-functional communication and coordination across departments.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field acceptable.
