Program Director, Governance Forums

Role: Senior Project Manager responsible for optimizing governance forums within argenx, including the Senior Leadership Team, Operations Committee, and Portfolio Committee. Objectives: streamline decision-making, prioritize impactful topics, and enhance organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: develop and maintain formal structures for each forum, manage agendas to focus on strategic, cross-asset issues, ensure high-quality pre-reads, facilitate meetings for clear actions and decisions, and track follow-through. Oversee the forums’ operating rhythm, adapt agendas as priorities shift, and embed agile practices for decision-making and continuous improvement. Skills: senior program management experience supporting executive governance, strong facilitation and prioritization skills, adept at navigating organizational complexity, excellent written communication, and proficiency with digital/AI tools. Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in a health-related field or equivalent, 10+ years in drug development or commercialization in relevant autoimmune or immunology areas, and 5+ years in program management within biotech or pharma.
