Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Womenโs Health โ Camden, NJ
Key responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with sales plans, strategies and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Develop positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists and others to implement territory prescriber strategies.
- Leverage sample program, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development (sales, communication & product knowledge).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal/interpersonal/listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-starter.
- Travel throughout territory (may include overnight); must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverโs License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).
- Professional vs. Senior level based on years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000โ$150,000 (Professional); $108,000โ$162,000 (Senior).
