Role: Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Respiratory – Fort Worth, TX
Responsibilities:
- Manage Fort Worth, TX territory (Fort Worth, Weatherford, Arlington, Irving, Granbury, Southlake/Grapevine, Cleburne/Burleson).
- Develop a business plan aligned with company sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Deliver quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while following ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Demonstrate targeting principles and conduct pre-call planning for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers; maintain high call/field productivity.
- Gather and use information from offices and pharmacists to implement strategies for territory prescribers.
- Use sample programs, literature, and related materials to ensure physician awareness of company products.
- Differentiate products from competitors; handle customer issues confidentially and appropriately.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development (sales/communication and product knowledge).
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree required.
- Minimum 1 year pharmaceutical sales experience (equivalent education/experience considered).
- Documented history of successful performance; demonstrated business acumen, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal/interpersonal/listening skills; demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to learn/apply/communicate products and disease states over time.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel; must live within the geography or reasonable driving distance.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing) required.
Compensation (salary range): $100,000–$150,000 (Professional) or $108,000–$162,000 (Senior).
