Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategies for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to implement territory-specific strategies for prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (or equivalent combination of experience/education).
- Demonstrated business acumen; influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; self-starter and highly motivated.
- Travel throughout territory (may include overnight); must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorized ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000–$150,000 (Professional) or $108,000–$162,000 (Senior).
