Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - San Antonio N, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals in territory while following ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategies for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Maintain high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and others to implement territory prescriber strategies.
- Leverage sample programs, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond timely and reliably to customer requests with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight).
- Must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or authorized rental.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000β$150,000 (Professional); $108,000β$162,000 (Senior).
