Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists and others to develop and implement territory prescriber strategies.
- Leverage sample program, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel) and must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License with acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English required.
