Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan for assigned territory aligned with company sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Deliver sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while following ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles; develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to create strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample programs, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of products.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development (sales, communication, and product knowledge).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare product sales experience (combination of education/experience considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen; influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal/interpersonal/listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight); must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; authorized ability to drive company leased/rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation (salary range): $100,000–$150,000 (Professional) or $108,000–$162,000 (Senior).
