Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Memphis N, TN

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Develop positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists and others to develop/implement strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication & product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen; influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong verbal/interpersonal/listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight); must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record; authorization/ability to drive a company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English required.
Compensation: Salary range $100,000β$150,000 (Professional) and $108,000β$162,000 (Senior).
