Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Pain - Cumming, GA

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Develop positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists and others to implement strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature and other items to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Respond appropriately to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development (efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience (combination of experience/education considered).
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to travel throughout territory (may include overnight travel) and must reside in territory geography.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record; authorization and ability to drive a Company leased or authorized rental vehicle.
- English proficiency (speaking, comprehending, reading and writing) required.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000β$150,000 (Professional) or $108,000β$162,000 (Senior)
