Production Technician

Production Technician (1st shift) — US - Sarasota, FL

Hourly rate: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–1:30 pm (some mandatory overtime)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, care for, and perform routine maintenance on production fermentation processing equipment
- Assemble/disassemble valves and manufacturing equipment
- Clean and sanitize work room/equipment between production runs
- Accurately weigh raw materials for production
- Participate in inventory counts
- Perform daily duties safely in a fast-paced team environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment; complete general cleaning duties
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP practices

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma and/or 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Will train the right candidate

Physical Requirements:
- Bend frequently; use hands constantly; repetitive motions
- Push/pull, lift/carry, and squat/kneel constantly (21–50 lbs)
- Stand >3 hours without a break; wear required PPE
