Role: Manufacturing Scheduler responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing GMP/cGMP production schedules to meet customer demands, regulatory standards, and business goals. Responsibilities include developing and validating production and shipment plans, balancing inventory, capacity, and delivery requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, Logistics), managing ERP systems for inventory and workflow, and supporting new product launches and supply chain setup. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or related field; minimum 8 yearsβ experience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing; proficient with ERP systems and supply chain processes; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: experience supporting global multi-site operations, stakeholder influence, advanced planning tools, and data analysis. High-Value: GMP/cGMP manufacturing environment, supply chain optimization, cross-functional collaboration, focus on inventory and capacity planning, no travel required. Work setup: full-time, day shift, no end date, based remotely or on-site.
