Production Operator I

Role: Production Operator I supporting RayzeBio's radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities: execute clinical and commercial production of radioisotopes, support validation activities, process improvements, inventory management, and ensure compliance with cGMP, aseptic techniques, radiation safety, and environmental health standards. Requirements: 1-4 years GMP-regulated lab experience, proficiency with pipetting, laminar flow hoods, and aseptic work; experience with radiochemistry, hot cells, or gloveboxes strongly preferred. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in STEM or relevant experience. High-Value: radiopharmaceuticals, clinical and commercial scale, cGMP compliance, radiation safety, aseptic processing, supporting radiochemistry manufacturing, working in a regulated lab environment with radioactive materials, hybrid work setup in Indianapolis. Focused on delivering innovative therapies in oncology.
