What You Will Achieve
- Collaborate with technical services to identify and confirm Critical and Key Process Parameters essential for Equipment and Process Validation.
- Report team progress, highlight risks, clarify issues, suggest recommendations, and present next stage development plans.
- Operate process equipment (bioreactors, recovery, depth filtration) and coordinate daily GxP production activities to meet supply chain needs.
- Facilitate project meetings with internal team members and customers; develop SPC charts for continuous process monitoring and control.
- Manage project finances; support financial reporting; ensure process adjustments are incorporated into final SOPs, Master Batch Records, and Compounding Records.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to manufacturing; participate in process and cleaning validations; adhere to site safety standards; enforce safety and biosafety requirements.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years; OR Master’s + 0+ years; OR Associate’s + 6 years; OR High school (or equivalent) + 8 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrated GMP knowledge and pharmaceutical environment experience.
- Proficiency in project-oriented admin, cost control, and management.
- Strong technical management and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
Bonus Points (Preferred Requirements)
- Automation experience (Rockwell, DeltaV) and equipment validation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process/equipment (preferably mammalian cell culture and purification).
- Strong problem-solving.
- Experience facilitating meetings and managing project finances.
- Safety and biosafety compliance.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) with responsible AI/risk management/ethical use.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending; mathematical calculations; complex data analysis; gowning for cleanroom.
Other
- 2nd shift rotating schedule; offshift as needed; up to 5% travel annually.
