What You Will Achieve:
Entry-level Apligraf Associate I performing aseptic processing activities for a living product (Apligraf) under supervision. Supports Apligraf Manufacturing with safe, timely processing in Class 100 and Class 10K cleanrooms.
Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm; some holidays required.
How You Will Achieve It (Responsibilities):
- Manufacture Apligraf per Master Batch Records and Operating Procedures.
- Prepare media and sanitizing agents for Production areas.
- Follow Operating Procedures, GMP/regulatory requirements, protocols, safety guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure batch records are complete and compliant.
- Operate all cleanroom equipment properly.
- Maintain required records and adhere to quality control procedures, GMPs, and safety guidelines.
What You Need to Achieve It (Qualifications/Skills):
- Certificate in Biotechnology and/or 1–2 years relevant experience.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in biology or related science; or 0–2 years experience (preferred).
- cGMP/quality systems and cleanroom experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience in aseptic technique, GMP, and cleanroom protocols (desired).
- Basic knowledge of lab techniques.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom for extended periods.
- Dexterity/coordination and some lifting.
Physical Requirements:
- Medium work; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Standing up to 6.5 hours/day.
- Pre-employment physical and lift test required.
