Production Accountant

Role: Product Cost Analyst within Finance, supporting manufacturing cost controlling for aseptic fill & finish operations at Novo Nordisk, focusing on process optimization and financial analysis. Responsibilities: analyze and report on production economics, manage material costing, overhead allocations, inventory valuation, scrap, and yield reporting; develop analytical tools; ensure data accuracy and compliance; support business decision-making and drive cost improvement initiatives; provide training and cross-functional support; safeguard financial targets through continuous analysis and corrective actions; represent site in financial forums. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, finance, or related field; 7+ years in manufacturing cost control, preferably in pharma; 5+ years of financial analytical experience; 3+ years SAP product costing expertise; strong knowledge of finance systems and strategy deployment. Preferred: Master’s in logistics or finance; experience in regulated industries.
