Product Safety Head (Sr Director) - Solid Tumors

Role: Head of Product Safety for Solid Tumors at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing medical safety strategy and risk management during drug development and post-marketing. Requirements: MD or equivalent with 10+ years pharma industry experience, clinical expertise, and management experience. Skills include strong communication, leadership, and strategic influence, with knowledge of GxP, clinical trial conduct, and safety assessments. The position involves global collaboration, leadership in regulatory interactions, and oversight of safety activities aligned with legal and regulatory standards. Work setup is based in Horsham, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ. Salary range: $196K-$343K.
