Product Owner, Workforce Planning (People Technology)

Role: Product Owner for Workforce Planning (People Technology) at Bristol Myers Squibb, responsible for developing and maintaining the strategic workforce planning platform built on Workday Adaptive Planning and integrated with Workday HCM. Preferred skills include experience maturing workforce planning functions, Workday Prism Analytics, and predictive modeling.
