Role Summary

Product Manager is responsible for developing and executing promotional programs and activities to achieve maximum brand performance in a downstream-focused role. The position supports marketing campaigns, collateral, sales enablement, and customer engagement for the placental wound care portfolio. Responsibilities include gathering insights to develop product strategies and positioning, supporting product launches, conducting competitive analyses, market research, and leading activities such as contracting, forecasting, and budgeting. This position can be remote and may require nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively understand insights related to customers, market dynamics, and unmet needs for select placental wound care brands.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics to increase revenue and defend/grow market share.
  • Lead tactical execution of marketing programs and campaigns under guidance of senior managers.
  • Organize and facilitate regular communication with business partners to evaluate segments and resolve issues affecting sales.
  • Develop product strategy through market research, competitive audits, and preparation of presentations/reports.
  • Liaise with agency partners and sales leadership to launch creative briefs and exchange information for promotional programs.
  • Plan and oversee development of promotional literature, collateral, and advertising across print, digital, social, and other media.
  • Establish and maintain interface with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other customers/influencers in the wound care community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to foster peer-to-peer educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Clinical/Medical Affairs, Commercial, Policy, Development) to address unmet needs relevant to focus audiences.
  • Support new hire and sales training, processes, and materials.
  • Travel up to 40% for trade shows, development meetings, strategy sessions, and vendor meetings as directed.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Required).
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry (Required).
  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings (Preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams (Required).
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Salesforce knowledge (Plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously (Required).
  • Ability to travel (primarily by air) and work nights and weekends as needed (Required).
