Product Director, Workforce Transitions & Employee Experience (New Brunswick, NJ)

Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, long-term vision, roadmap, and governance for the Workforce Transitions and Employee Experience domain.
- Translate enterprise HR needs and workforce insights into end-to-end product experiences (journeys, workflows, business rules/decision logic, role-based interactions).
- Establish and track outcome-based success metrics (performance, data integrity, efficiency, employee experience).
- Own business cases for investments (value hypotheses, benefits realization, trade-off decisions).
- Lead product lifecycle/roadmap (Innovate β†’ Grow β†’ Sustain β†’ Sunset).
- Prioritize investments using value, feasibility, risk, compliance, and experience impact.
- Provide strategic direction and outcome accountability for discovery, design, and delivery in partnership with Product Delivery, Experience Design, Data, and Engineering.
- Lead continuous discovery with key personas (employees, managers, candidates, HR partners) to prioritize outcomes.
- Manage cross-product prioritization and capacity trade-offs; hold final decision authority when priorities conflict.

Cross-functional & People Leadership
- Partner with HR COEs, Experience Design, Global Experience Owners, Product Delivery, and IT; influence senior stakeholders.
- Coach and develop product managers and analysts; foster innovation using market insights and HR tech trends.

Required Qualifications / Skills
- 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or HR technology roles (complex/matrixed organizations).
- Experience leading/developing people (performance management, coaching, capability building).
- Portfolio-level product strategy/prioritization/value delivery with measurable outcomes.
- HR digital products expertise (HR operating models, global process design, foundational data structures).
- Strategic thinking/product storytelling; ability to lead through complexity and change.
- Global mindset and experience navigating regulatory/cultural/operational nuance.
- Agile/product management proficiency; translate objectives into outcome-based roadmaps.

Preferred
- Hands-on Workday experience; AI/automation/analytics for HR workflows.
- Familiarity with HCM and employee experience for end-to-end process design.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Services, or related fields.

Benefits (time off explicitly stated)
- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (state variations); Holiday pay (incl. floating): 13 days/year.
- Work/Personal/Family time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental leave: 480 hours (within one year).
- Bereavement: 240 hours immediate family; Caregiver leave: 80 hours (52-week rolling period); Volunteer leave: 32 hours/year.

Compensation (explicit)
- Base pay range: $150,000.00 - $258,750.00
