Role Summary

Product Director, Head and Neck Cancer, PCT and Patient Access Marketing for RYBREVANT, located in Horsham, PA. Leads nurse- and patient-focused strategies and execution for this program, including development of strategies and tactics for nurse education, patient support, and activation, with insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. Works with a cross-functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to support RYBREVANT Head and Neck Cancer patients.

Responsibilities

  • Leads development of comprehensive patient marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
  • Develop and implement materials for patient care teams.
  • Partner with Nurse Navigator and Caregiver PECS teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy across all materials and services and deliver nurse navigator and caregiver pull-through messaging, materials, and field direction/communications
  • Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with Global Commercial Strategy Organization, PECs, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
  • Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
  • Help to diagnose access and fulfillment barriers and drive urgency in partnership with SCG, PECS, and IPS to address them

Qualifications

  • Required: A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • Required: A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • Required: A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Required: Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology
  • Preferred: Previous sales experience
  • Preferred: Product launch experience
