Role Summary

Procurement Manager for Marketing Services, Content and Production. This role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, and category support within a global procurement framework for marketing services, content production, and internal communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage contracts, and drive compliant, value-focused procurement practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supplier selection, request for proposals (RFPs), and contract negotiations for marketing services.
  • Contribute to sourcing events across categories like content production, internal communications, and digital marketing.
  • Help manage procurement ops model, vendor onboarding, and P2P activities.
  • Support the business to understand procurement policies and ensure users are trained and supported.
  • Develop, lead, execute, and manage global sourcing strategies for low-to-medium complexity sub-categories such as internal communications, advocacy, and corporate affairs.
  • Deliver cost savings and drive value creation through effective procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms aligned with business needs.
  • Provide support for other category initiatives as required.
  • Track supplier performance and compliance against service level agreements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors when required by strategy or business requirements.
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into procurement activities.
  • Support alignment of procurement strategy with business goals through collaboration and open communication.
  • Navigate a multi-dimensional, cross-functional organization for internal and external communications, policy, and government affairs.
  • Influence key stakeholders and business partners to support strategy development, endorse strategies, and plan benefit delivery budgets.
  • Ensure third-party contracts are managed ahead of expiration dates for business continuity and strategic value.
  • Lead supplier tender/RFP processes and manage the delivery of sourcing projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks across projects using project management skills.
  • Transform the supply chain to release value and improve responsiveness, including cost control and KPI use.
  • Identify and manage significant risks in the supply chain with appropriate mitigation plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorβ€šΓ„Γ΄s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain/Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Procurement and/or Marketing.
  • Experience with data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize supplier performance, and generate procurement insights.
  • Experience using Excel and working with data.
  • Experience with contracting/contract terms for third-party service providers (e.g., MSA/SOW).
  • Available to work in office 2-3 times per week.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with procurement tools or spend management systems (e.g., Ariba).
  • Commercial and financial acumen with interest or experience in marketing/communications.
  • Ability to navigate between stakeholders and manage priorities.
  • Negotiation, contract engagement, conflict resolution, and stakeholder influence.
