The Manager is responsible to support multiple sub-categories within Corporate Categories (indirect and commercial). The Manager will act as a business partner and work with business stakeholders to define business needs, assess and analyze spend, establish sourcing strategy, conduct the RFx process, make vendor selections, conduct contract negotiations, optimize vendor cost/performance, and manage vendor relationships.
This role will serve as a key enabler of the overall commercialization effort for Jazz’s existing and new commercial products, providing guidance and support to leaders across the US Affiliate and G&A functions. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the Company delivering value and cost-optimization opportunities, capturing cost-savings/reductions, and improving financial and operational performance.
The following responsibilities will be in-scope:
Partner with the Business to develop a robust performance and relationship management program by facilitating Vendor segmentation, setting value creation target with the key Vendors, and developing a category-wide set of key performance indicators.
Establish effective relationships, partnerships, strategies with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Partner with the Business and Finance to produce an annual Budget and regular re-forecasts justifying differences based on commodity moves, exchange rates, negotiated contracts and future projects.
Assist in deploying and maintaining the Company wide Procurement Policy, Procedures and Processes within stakeholder groups for assigned categories; Conducting and/or overseeing re-training as needed.

FOR US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $115,200.00 - $172,800.00.
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.
At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
