Business Processes Transformation Lead (Reporting to Head of E2E Process Reengineering)
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, planning, and implementation of business process transformation opportunities.
- Analyze processes to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement/automation opportunities.
- Enable process redesign and operating model improvements; define roadmaps, governance, and success metrics.
- Use process mapping/redesign and (agentic) business process design to improve performance, agility, and efficiency.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, service design, systems thinking, and process reengineering to improve performance, quality, and user experience.
- Drive improvements that reduce costs, defects, and rework.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams; partner across business, operations, digital, design, data, and technology to simplify, standardize, digitize, and scale processes.
- Engage stakeholders: align objectives, secure resources, gather feedback, remove barriers; lead workshops for alignment and adoption.
- Monitor implemented process performance with the Governance team; adjust to achieve outcomes.
- Define product strategy/data needs with the product manager for the E2E process.
- Promote continuous improvement via best practices, grassroots innovation, idea crowdsourcing; guide and mentor teams.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Bachelorโs degree (business/design/engineering/operations/org development or related); advanced degree preferred.
- Experience leading enterprise/cross-functional transformation, process improvement, or operating model redesign.
- Strong process improvement knowledge (Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, structured problem-solving).
- ABPMP-recognized Business Process Management certification; familiarity with process mapping/modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi).
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data using data visualization tools.
- Change management expertise and strategic leadership.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, leadership, project/organizational management, and coaching/teaching skills.
