Process Technician, Wednesday-Saturday 2nd shift

Process Technician (training and schedule outlined below)

Schedule: Training Monday–Friday, 1st shift (6:00am–2:30pm) for several weeks. After training: Wednesday–Saturday (2:00pm–12:30am).

Responsibilities (typical day):
- Perform daily operations, maintenance, and repairs on utility systems, manufacturing equipment, and building systems in a cGMP environment.
- Provide safe, hands-on maintenance of plant manufacturing equipment and related support equipment.
- Identify off-nominal mechanical conditions and troubleshoot manufacturing/utility equipment in a clean room environment.
- Perform daily Work Orders (WOs) and PMs; coordinate PM/WOs workflow and documentation.
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment during off-nominal conditions; locate faults and arrange for/perform repairs.
- Coordinate with impacted departments and Facilities Management during planned and unplanned work events.

This role might be for you if you:
- Can interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Have prior equipment maintenance experience (or a related role) requiring mechanical skills.
- Are safety-minded and continuously seek improvements.
- Can comply with regulatory, corporate, and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Can fully gown as required when entering/working on the production floor.
- Can support a rotational on-call schedule.

Qualifications:
- Willing and able to work Wednesday–Saturday 2:00pm–12:30am.
- AAS degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Technologies.
- Process Technician II: 2+ years related experience, or HSD/GED with 5+ years related experience.
