Role Summary
Process Technician for Manufacturing Support and Material Preparation on the night shift. You will execute daily operational tasks defined by the shift lead/supervisor, with primary focus on material preparation to support filling, dispensing, and formulation processes. The role requires adherence to safety and quality standards in a controlled manufacturing environment.

- Primary area of responsibility will be focusing on material preparation activities to support filling/dispensing/formulation processes.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Ability to gown and work in controlled classified areas (Grade C and Grade D).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Basic digital literacy (desktop software) is required.
- Must pass a βfitness for dutyβ physical exam.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on days (2-2-3 schedule) with additional overtime as the need arises.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. No visa sponsorship is anticipated.
- Ability to wear safety equipment required (safety glasses, safety shoes, protective gloves, etc.).
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
- Previous experience working in operations/pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in a Grade C environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- BioWork Certification.

- Location: Lilly Research Triangle Park site. Night shift from 18:00 to 06:30 on a 2-2-3 schedule.
