Role Summary
Process Technician in Pfizerβs pharmaceutical manufacturing team. Responsible for supporting the execution of production processes, documenting activities, and maintaining equipment and cleanroom conditions. You will follow SOPs, perform routine testing, track inventory, and contribute to team goals while developing broader knowledge of work processes. Location: Andover, MA. Schedule: rotating second shift from 2PM to 2AM.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of new technologies for process execution and analysis.
- Conduct daily documentation reviews, perform data entry tasks, track inventory, schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, complete accountability reports, pull samples for testing, perform routine tests, and maintain cleanliness and sanitization of manufacturing environments.
- Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals.
- Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.
- Execute routine tasks by following prescribed steps within agreed timeframes.
- Identify and address issues in routine processes.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of work processes and business within your area.

Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in using hand tools
- Required: Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Required: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Required: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Required: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Required: Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Preferred: Manufacturing experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or other regulated environment
- Preferred: Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Preferred: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Preferred: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Preferred: Adaptability and openness to change
- Preferred: Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity
