Position Summary:
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment following SOPs, safety rules, and batch documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality; report/escalate safety or output issues.
- Perform routine changeovers and start-of-batch activities to meet specifications.
- Complete production records and basic system entries accurately and on time.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical fixes; participate in basic problem solving.
- Troubleshoot minor production stoppages with teammates/supervisors and hand off technical issues as needed.
- Replenish consumable supplies, clean equipment, and perform duties needed by the business.
- Monitor excessive rejects/stoppages using performance data; escalate problems affecting quality, safety, and line performance.
- Deliver against safety/quality/waste/performance objectives; recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment production stoppages; produce high-quality/high-quantity work.
- Coordinate with others to recognize/assist with troubleshooting and provide updates to the supervisory level.
- Describe technological theory of operation, product flow, and identify sensor/limit switch/proximity sensor functions.
- Conduct equipment setup changeovers and start-of-batch activities to designed specifications.
- Become certified on multiple technologies as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Regulated manufacturing experience.
- Site-based work with shift patterns; up to 12.5-hour shifts when required.
- Basic reading/writing/math.
- Comfort with computers for data entry and training systems.
- Experience with equipment setup/changeovers/routine checks.
- Mechanical aptitude; ability to read gauges/instrumentation.
- HMI/production data systems familiarity.
- Experience following technical documentation and maintaining inspection readiness.
- Continuous improvement tools exposure (e.g., 5S/standard work).

Working Arrangement:
- On-site in the United States (hybrid/remote not available).
