Role Summary
We are seeking a Process Lead to support safe, efficient manufacturing on second shift. In this on-site role you will coordinate daily production activities, lead a small team, and drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Occasional overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities and allocate resources to meet the production schedule.
- Monitor line performance, address downtime, and ensure timely completion of shift tasks.
- Lead and coach team members, provide on-the-job training, and support development.
- Conduct routine safety and quality checks and support inspection readiness.
- Lead investigations into production or quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, technical, quality) to resolve process issues and implement improvements.
- Use production systems and basic data to monitor performance and guide decisions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma /GED.
- Minimum three yearsβΓΓ΄ experience in Senior Process Operator or Senior Technical Operator role, and 3 years minimum GSK experience.
- Certified in on-the-job training for relevant work areas or demonstrable experience training others.
- Comfortable using computers and basic production software; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks that include standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing as needed.
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment and work in an environment with noise and moving equipment.
- Willingness to work up to 12.5-hour shifts when required.
- On-site role in the United States on second shift; must be available for the assigned shift schedule and occasional overtime.
