Process Intelligence Specialist
What you’ll do:
- Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to enable optimization and automation.
- Use process intelligence (e.g., Celonis) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
- Develop/maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
- Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Use data/analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
What you’ll bring:
- Builder mindset; strong technical/analytical problem-solving.
- Experience with or strong interest in process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
Education & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related).
- 3–5 years’ experience in automation, analytics, systems development, or process improvement.
Required/preferred skills (role-focused):
- Process intelligence; process documentation/standardization; workflow analysis; automation; SQL/data analysis; continuous improvement.
