Process Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to enable optimization and automation.
- Use process intelligence tools (e.g., Celonis) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
- Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
- Apply AI-driven methods to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications:
- Builder mindset; passion for creating solutions.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with, or strong interest in, process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, process improvement, or related.
