Process Development Senior Associate

Role: Process Development Senior Associate within Amgen's Drug Substance Technologies - Synthetics group, focusing on developing and optimizing synthetic and hybrid drug substance manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: collaborate with chemists, process engineers, and attribute scientists to support early to late-stage drug development; contribute to process development, characterization, tech transfer, and regulatory documentation; support cGMP manufacturing and process modeling. Requirements: BS or higher in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field; 2+ years of scientific lab experience or equivalent; proficiency in analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, MS, IR, Raman); strong communication and multitasking skills. Preferred: MS in organic chemistry or bioconjugation experience in biopharma; independent lab work capability; proven analytical interpretation skills.
