Process Development Engineer II, Advanced Therapy Project Management (ATPM)

Role: Process Development Associate supporting advanced therapies at Regeneron, focusing on project management, technology transfer, and operational excellence for biologics including AAV and bioconjugates. Responsibilities: lead cross-functional tech transfer teams, own workstreams for establishing production processes at CDMOs, drive manufacturing readiness, manage communication and integrated plans, address risks, and facilitate decision-making forums. Requirements: B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, or related field; 6-8+ years (or MS with 3-6+ years) of experience owning cross-functional deliverables; strong facilitation, planning, and problem-solving skills; customer-service mindset. Preferred: experience in CMC development, bioconjugation, gene therapy/AAV, or process transfer to CDMOs.
