Principal Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst - Advanced Therapies

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Execute MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites.
- Build and maintain inventory reports for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf-life constraints, and cold-chain considerations.
- Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance.
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools to drive planning decisions.
- Support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) by consolidating data and facilitating information flow across demand, supply, and integration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure planning aligns with GMP requirements and audit readiness.

Requirements:
- Senior Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline + 5+ years supply chain experience.
- Principal Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline + 8+ years supply chain experience with demonstrated leadership.
- May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand and inventory management.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology/advanced therapy manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory and supply chain considerations for advanced therapies (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR).
- Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle ERP, Access Database, or SharePoint.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS Supply Chain, or life sciences); APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
