Principal Software Engineer

Role: Senior technical leader overseeing architecture, strategy, and execution of FMI’s enterprise CRM transformation, primarily migrating Ordering Management from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce. Responsibilities: define transition and future architectures, lead migration planning, ensure secure, scalable, compliant solutions, guide integration across core platforms (Salesforce, D365, LIMS, Billing), establish engineering standards, and mentor teams on modernization best practices, DevSecOps, and AI tools. Qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise platform experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent; extensive expertise in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, enterprise integrations, API architectures, cloud (Azure, AWS), and modern web development. Preferred: advanced degrees, certifications (Salesforce Architect, Azure, AWS, GitHub), deep hands-on experience with CRM modernization, cloud-native integrations, and regulated healthcare environments.
