Role: Principal Scientist, Applied AI in Immunology Discovery, focusing on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to identify therapeutic pathways and enhance drug discovery. Responsibilities: independently develop and execute AI prototypes across various scientific use cases; collaborate with scientists and technical teams to understand workflows, refine solutions, and evaluate scientific and business impact; translate complex scientific needs into practical AI applications, including agentic workflows and retrieval-augmented tools; partner with enterprise AI, data science, and engineering teams to scale validated prototypes. Requirements: PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related field; 4+ years industry or research experience solving complex scientific problems with AI or ML; proficiency in Python or R, experience with generative AI, large language models, and scientific data integration; strong collaboration, communication, and technical skills. Preferred: experience in pharma, biotech, or regulated environments; knowledge of immunology, molecular biology, or biomedical data; cloud computing and deployment expertise; product-oriented mindset with experience moving prototypes toward production. High-value: focus on AI applications in drug discovery, immunology, and biomedical data, with emphasis on translating prototypes into scalable solutions within a regulated environment.
