Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships

Role: Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships, leads strategic identification, evaluation, and onboarding of data sources and partners to enhance Labcorp's RWD portfolio. Responsibilities: collaborate with global teams to define data needs, monitor industry trends, assess data source quality and fit, manage partner relationships, and ensure data governance compliance; support development of data products and operational processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or related; 3+ years in data partnerships, alliance or vendor management within healthcare or life sciences; experience with data management tools and developing partnership agreements. Preferred: Master’s degree, 2+ years supporting RWD/RWE initiatives, and familiarity with healthcare data sources, legal/regulatory functions, and AI tools. HighValue: expertise in RWD and RWE, healthcare data evaluation, data privacy laws (HIPAA), and strategic partnership development.
