Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships

Role: Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships, leads strategic identification, evaluation, and onboarding of data sources and partnerships to enhance Labcorp's RWD portfolio. Responsibilities: collaborate with global teams to define data needs, assess new sources for usability and ROI, manage data partner relationships, and support data governance and operational excellence, including leveraging AI tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics, or related field; 3+ years in data partnerships, alliance management, or healthcare data within life sciences or RWD industry; experience negotiating third-party agreements and working with data management systems. Preferred: Master’s degree; 2+ years supporting RWE initiatives or evaluating healthcare data sources; experience with legal, compliance, and data governance functions; operational improvement experience and familiarity with AI tools.
