Principal Product Manager

Role: Principal Digital Product Manager leading complex software initiatives within Natera’s Oncology CGP platform, responsible for end-to-end product strategy and execution of interconnected systems critical to genetic testing workflows. Responsibilities: define multi-year roadmaps, architect solutions translating business needs into technical workflows, lead product lifecycle management, collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams, and champion regulatory compliance (FDA, HIPAA, IEC standards). Requirements: 10+ years in product management, experience building regulated high-scale software, deep technical fluency (APIs, microservices, LIMS), and familiarity with AI tools such as LLMs. Preferred: background in biotech, genomics, or HealthTech, and experience in regulated environments.
