Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Leads technical initiatives within Neurocrineโ€™s Enterprise Data Solutions (EDS) function, driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic technology objectives and business outcomes
- Partners with business and IT stakeholders to define EDS product strategy, develop roadmaps, and own successful delivery
- Defines data platform and product features in the IT backlog that support distributed Data Products, Product Owners, and Project Managers (POs & PMs)
- Identifies and communicates product feature dependencies across developers and stakeholders
- Coordinates and responds to fast-moving clarifications and changes across developers, external vendors, and distributed POs & PMs
- Facilitates agile ceremonies for IT EDS teams (backlog grooming, sprint planning, kickoff, product showcases)
- Collects and reviews customer feedback to collaboratively improve delivery teams, processes, and data products
- Coordinates updates in Atlassian tools: Jira Product Discovery, Jira, Confluence
- Coordinates updates in the IT Project Portfolio within Service-Now

Requirements
- BS/BA in computer science or IT with 6+ years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical environment OR MS in computer science or IT preferred with 4+ years relevant experience (or a combination of relevant experience and education)
- Demonstrated experience in technical program management, product ownership, and agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies; exceptional communication and influencing skills; strong strategic thinking
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, or engineering teams
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Experience in commercial pharma domain (e.g., Field Reporting, Incentive Compensation, etc.)
- Background in IT development or data engineering environments
- Product Owner Certification
- ScrumMaster Certification

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Annual base salary: $132,700.00โ€“$182,000.00; annual bonus target 30% of earned base salary; eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive program
