Role: Informatics Engineer supporting digital laboratory solutions at Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focusing on integrating and maintaining key lab systems to enable manufacturing and drug development processes. Responsibilities: lead design, configuration, and validation of systems such as LIMS (LabVantage, LabWare), ELN (Benchling, Signals Notebook), CDS, and environmental monitoring platforms; ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and data integrity standards; support system deployment, upgrades, and regulatory audits; collaborate with global and site IT teams to ensure operational readiness and system optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering; 5+ years’ experience in laboratory IT, validation, or GMP-regulated environments; hands-on experience with laboratory informatics platforms and CSV methodologies; robust knowledge of electronic records/electronic signatures, instrument integration, and data integrity frameworks. Preferred: certifications (e.g., ITIL), familiarity with Agile methodologies, and experience supporting analytical labs in biotech/pharma manufacturing contexts.
