Role: Informatics Engineer supporting digital laboratory solutions at Lilly's new Medicine Foundry, focused on integrating and validating key lab IT systems to enable manufacturing and clinical development. Responsibilities: lead design, configuration, and validation of LIMS, LES, ELN, and CDS platforms; ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11; develop IQ, OQ, PQ protocols; oversee data integrity and audit readiness; support system deployment and upgrades; collaborate with global IT and laboratory teams; uphold regulatory and GMP standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related; 5+ years supporting lab informatics, with experience in LIMS (LabVantage, LabWare), ELN (Benchling, Signals Notebook), and analytical systems (Empower or similar); working knowledge of CSV, GMP, and electronic records; strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: certifications in ITIL or cloud technologies; familiarity with APIs, middleware, and data integrity frameworks.
