Position Summary
- Build AI-powered applications and agents end-to-end across internal and user-facing experiences, owning UX, services, agent orchestration, data access, integrations, deployment, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and productionize full-stack AI applications, agents, and multi-step workflows.
- Work with end users and stakeholders to solve workflow problems quickly.
- Build agents to reason across steps, call APIs/tools, retrieve info, and act within enterprise guardrails.
- Own end-to-end delivery across UI, APIs/services, data access, orchestration, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
- Create reusable agent patterns/components/prompts/tools; iterate using usage data, feedback, evaluations, and operational metrics.
- Improve quality via testing, experimentation, benchmarking, measurement; ensure security/compliance/responsible AI.
- Support full SDLC (architecture→monitoring/troubleshooting/optimization) and observability (logging, tracing, performance tracking).

Required Qualifications
- BS (CS/SE/AI/Data Science) or equivalent experience.
- Full-stack/AI/ML/intelligent application development experience.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-powered workflows/agentic systems.
- End-to-end delivery across front-end, back-end, APIs, data stores, and enterprise systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted/autonomous coding agents across complex systems; strong AI-native engineering governance.
- Prototype-to-production experience; strong stakeholder communication.

Technical Skills Required
- Full-stack dev; LLM app dev; agent workflow design/orchestration; prompt engineering.
- Tool use + API integration; multi-step automation; evaluation/testing/quality measurement.
- Logging/monitoring/observability; API/service/data modeling/architecture; distributed systems; secure dev; enterprise integrations; cloud dev; CI/CD.

Preferred Skills
- Forward-deployed/embedded delivery model; internal copilots/assistants.
- Orchestration frameworks/runtimes; retrieval patterns.
- Human-in-the-loop + safe failure/escalation; AI observability/tracing.
- Regulated industry experience (biotech/pharma/health/life sciences).

Compensation
- Pay range: $166,640 - $250,000 (role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards).
